Todd Williams is affiliated with Keller Williams-First Atlanta, based in Sandy Springs (Central Perimeter Area). Todd has lived in Atlanta for over 30 years and became a licensed Real Estate Agent after 12 years of Executive Level Sales in the Home Improvement Industry. He was awarded “Rookie of The Year” which goes to the Top Producing First Year Agent and is consistently among the top Agents in the Atlanta Market. Todd saw an opportunity to provide the highest level of support through adaptation of new technologies and a simple focus on client satisfaction.
In addition to his extensive knowledge of Atlanta neighborhoods and communities, Todd has an in depth understanding of new construction and remodeling, bringing a unique value to his client base. He has managed countless contracts and has extensive sales and negotiation training. Todd has always been passionate about Atlanta Real Estate. He purchased his first home in the Buckhead Community immediately after graduating from The University of Georgia. Five homes later, he now resides in the City of Sandy Springs with his wife and three boys. Todd is a Member of The National Association of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors and Atlanta Board of Realtors. He is also involved in many community and civic organizations. Todd prides himself on his knowledge of Atlanta, his involvement in the community, his professional background and the network he is able to leverage on his client’s behalf.
The sub-markets of Atlanta that Todd serves include Sandy Springs, Buckhead, Brookhaven, Oak Grove, Dunwoody, Alpharetta, Roswell, East Cobb and Vinings. He also maintains a comprehensive list of Real Estate Consultants in outlying markets and major markets outside of the state that his clients can leverage.
